The Shafrirs and their co-conspirators decided to avoid paying on the $1,000,000.00
line of credit they signed with SBN Venture Capital Resource Partners, Inc. for whom I worked.
They thought that the illness of General Nicherie (my father) created an opportunity
to avoid paying back the money they borrowed and to withhold other assets which were part of the net profits.
The Shafrirs gave fraudulent financial statements to Wells Fargo Bank for a $750,000.00 line of credit which has never
been paid. Wells Fargo filed a criminal referral which was buried in the government’s paperwork.
The Shafrirs together with Alex Proctorand Hai Waknine tried to intimidate my family and me by force, extortion and blackmail. Furthermore, by tapping my phones, they found out
about my whistleblower activities and concocted a scheme to have me kidnapped. Their plan was foiled and disclosed to the Government by Attorney
Victor Sherman.
As you can see from the below photo, I was protected by LAPD Sergeant George Hoops and his dedicated
men. Living with around the clock protection was as stressful of a life as I have ever known and it effected my family
in a tremendously negative way.
