The timing of Waknine’s plea was very interesting. He folded right before my mother, Orah
Nicherie was supposed to go on the stand to testify before U.S. District Judge Manuel Real about the six years of terror Waknine
and the Shafrirs inflicted on her after my father’s death. The Shafrirs and Waknine employed various tactics to muffle
and silence me by targeting my mother and my six children.
Assaf Waknine, Hai’s brother went to jail with Ken Taves on another identity theft conspiracy before he joined in with the Shafrirs in his latest credit card fraud scheme (Taves’ affidavit). This criminal activity keeps going on but it needs to be stopped!!!
Tomorrow, my mother will be called upon to testify in the Hai Waknine
trial. The trial is taking place in downtown Los Angeles at:
US Courthouse - Criminal Division, 312 N. Spring Street at 8:30 AM
Waknine was indicted for extortion and multiple other charges.
You may be asking how Hai Waknine is related to the Anthony Pellicano matter? I don't want to give too many details while his trial is on-going, however, you will be updated as soon as the jury
reveals its decision.
For some edification, I exposed the identity theft on unsuspecting consumers including the thousands who had refund checks
issued but they were never sent. Sarit Shafrir revealed this to her attorneys and me by disclosing it in a 36 page proffer which is interestingly enough....missing.
