This past Monday (June 12, 2006) in another Anthony
Pellicano hearing the government agreed to turn over all documents and discovery in the case.
Plus, I filed a motion to inform the Court,
the government and the public of the extent of the theft of monies involved in the activities relating to the Pellicano indictment.

June 12, 2006 at 8:30 AM there will be a hearing regarding LAPD detective
Arneson’s Motion to Compel the government to continue to produce discovery as agreed to in a Protective Order which
someone violated. The FBI is investigating this matter, which could take a long while.
In the interim, important events are happening such as the
extortion trial of Hai Waknine, which is taking place right down the street at the same courthouse before Federal District Judge Manuel Real.
There is an important link between Hai Waknine and Pellicano in that Waknine
and his partners, Sarit and Ami Shafrir, utilized Pellicano for their identity theft ring. I exposed the identity theft on unsuspecting consumers including the thousands
who had refund checks issued but they were never sent.
